As part of this agreement, www.biopackextra.com shall obtain escrow and payment services including collecting, holding, disbursing, or remitting funds domestically or internationally via our Partner Tazapay Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore, its subsidiaries, partners or affiliates (together, “Tazapay”).
The terms and conditions of escrow and payment service provided by Tazapay ("Tazapay T&C") to you are incorporated here by reference and can be viewed here: https://tazapay.com/hosted-platform-user-terms-and-conditions/, including the integration of their services with the services of www.biopackextra.com, the contractual relationship between www.biopackextra.com and Tazapay.
You agree and accept Tazapay T&C including the integration of Tazapay's services with www.biopackextra.com, the separate contractual relationship between www.biopackextra.com and Tazapay, and the respective and relevant terms and conditions.
Our escrow facility service offers the following benefits:
1. Secure payment processing: The buyer sends payment to the escrow account, which is securely held by our platform until the transaction is completed.
2. Dispute resolution: In the event of any dispute, the escrow service provides a neutral third-party mediator to help resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.
3. Protection of buyer's funds: The escrow account securely holds the buyer's payment until the seller fulfills their obligations under the agreement.
4. Protection of seller's funds: The seller can be assured that the payment is secure and will be released to them once they fulfill their obligations under the agreement.
To use our escrow facility service, please follow these steps:
1. Both buyer and seller must agree to use the escrow facility service before the transaction takes place.
2. The buyer sends payment to the escrow account.
3. Once the seller fulfills their obligations under the agreement, the escrow account releases the payment to the seller.
4. In the event of any dispute, the escrow service provides a neutral third-party mediator to help resolve the issue.
