You hereby agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement and not to list or post or provide information in relation to the sale of goods and services, content, or information that is illegal under the law. If this Policy or any of its conditions is not acceptable to you, please strictly refrain from using our Website or any of its affiliates’ i.e. website/application, or software.

Violation of the terms of this Policy constitutes unauthorized use of our services and may give rise to an actionable cause/claim by Direct Create or its Affiliates against you. We shall also be required to inform the concerned government authorities of violating these terms and conditions. Further, your account shall be blocked permanently without serving any notice.

Using Brand Names: If you are selling a brand name (Maker/Designer/Artists/Organisation’s Brand) product, you can mention the brand name in your listing and include photos that you have taken of the item you're selling. However, do not suggest that you are an official dealer/reseller if you're not, and don't use the maker's/Designer’s text, images (including photos), or logo unless authorised by the manufacturer.

2. High-Quality Photos:

All product listings should include clear and high-quality photos of the item being sold. These photos should accurately represent the item and show any defects or damage. The photos should be taken in good lighting and show the item from different angles.

3. Prohibited Items:

A. DRUGS AND DRUG PARAPHERNALIA:

• • We forbid any and all listing or sale of narcotics, psychotropic drugs, natural drugs, synthetic drugs, steroids, and other such drugs or substances whose sale is prohibited in any other law applicable within the territory of the United Kingdom or the other jurisdiction on which you are.
• • Drug paraphernalia, including all items that are primarily intended or designed for use in manufacturing, concealing, or using a controlled substance.
• • The listing of packaging materials that may contain controlled substances, materials conducive to smuggling, storing, trafficking, transporting, and manufacturing illicit drugs, publications, and other media providing information related to the production of illicit drugs.
• • The listing of orally administered or ingested sexual enhancement foods and supplements.

B. EXPLOSIVE, HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS, AND FIREARMS:

• • The posting of explosives and related ignition and detonation equipment.
• • Radioactive substances, toxic and poisonous chemicals.
• • The posting, offering for sale, or offering for purchase of hazardous or dangerous materials.
• • Listing of fireworks, firecrackers, and associated products is forbidden. Where the User is properly licensed to sell these products an exception can be made.
• • Any service, instruction, process, or aid for producing any biological, chemical, or nuclear weapons.
• • The posting of, offering for sale, or offering for purchase of any arms, military ordnance, weapons (including explosive weapons), and/or any related parts and components (whether integral or otherwise).
• • Posting, offering for sale, or offering of purchase of weapons that can incapacitate or cause serious physical harm to others (e.g. stun guns, batons, crossbows).
• • Listing of knives and other cutting instruments is permitted but listing of switchblade knives, gravity knives, etc. is prohibited.
• • We maintain discretion over what items are appropriate and may cause the removal of a listing that it deems as a weapon.

C. GOVERNMENT, LAW ENFORCEMENT, AND MILITARY-ISSUED ITEMS:

• • Articles of clothing similar to, official government uniforms.
• • Law enforcement badges from any public authority, including badges issued by the government of any country.
• • Military decorations, medals, and awards/
• • Police uniforms, police vehicles, and other police-related equipment and documents.

D. ADULT AND OBSCENE MATERIALS

• • The posting of pornographic materials, violence, and any items depicting or suggestive of sex involving minors is strictly prohibited.

E. CIRCUMVENTION DEVICES AND OTHER EQUIPMENT USED FOR ILLICIT PURPOSES:

• • Descramblers and other items that can be used to gain unauthorized access to television programming (such as satellite and cable TV), internet access, telephone, data or other protected, restricted, or premium services.
• • The listing or sale of spy equipment and devices used for interception of wire, oral and electronic communications.
• • Bank card readers and types of equipment related to “skimmers”.
• • Any and all unauthorized circumvention devices not included in the above are also strictly prohibited.

F. ILLEGAL SERVICES

• • Listings claiming to provide government services and related products.
• • The listing or sale of any form of invoices or receipts (including blank, pre-filled, or value-added invoices or receipts).
• • We prohibit listings for the sole purpose of collecting user information or raising money.

G. HUMAN PARTS, HUMAN REMAINS AND PROTECTED FLORA AND FAUNA:

• • Listing of human body parts and remains.

H. OFFENSIVE MATERIAL AND INFORMATION DETRIMENTAL TO NATIONAL SECURITY:

• • Any publication or other media containing secrets or information which will impact national security or public order.
• • Any information supporting or advocating infringement of national sovereignty, terrorist organisations, or discrimination on grounds of race, sex, or religion.
• • Postings that are ethnically or racially offensive.

I. TOBACCO PRODUCTS:

• • The posting of tobacco products such as cigars, cigarettes, cigarette tobacco, pipe tobacco, etc. is prohibited.

J. All Other items prohibited by the applicable laws.

4. Pricing:

All product listings should include a clear and accurate price for the item being sold.

5. Communication:

You should respond promptly to any inquiries or questions from potential buyers or leads. You should also provide accurate information and be transparent about the item's condition, shipping times, and any other relevant details.

6. Your Obligations:

You should fulfil your obligations as outlined in the website's terms and conditions such as shipping the item safely and promptly, providing tracking information, and resolving any disputes with buyers.

7. Write your Own Content:

Do not "borrow" text or images from other listings on our websites without permission from the owner. Copyright laws apply to the Internet, and copyright owners may object to the use of text or images that they own or have created.

8. Make Sure the Product is Authentic:

• • You cannot list replicas, fakes, counterfeits, or other illegal copies on our website.
